Not happy with your order? Contact us within 30 days of delivery for:
- A replacement print
- A full refund
- Store credit
What's Covered
We'll always help with:
- Damaged items: Arrived broken, torn, or damaged
- Print defects: Smudges, streaks, or quality issues
- Wrong order: Received the wrong size, frame, or image
- Shipping damage: Package arrived damaged
What's Not Covered
We can't offer refunds for:
- Low-resolution source: If your uploaded photo was low resolution, the print will reflect that. We show quality indicators during ordering.
- Color variations: Minor color differences between screen and print are normal due to monitor calibration and printing processes.
- Change of mind: "I don't like it anymore" after receiving a correctly fulfilled order.
- Incorrect address: If you provided the wrong address and the package was delivered there.
EU Consumer Rights (14-Day Withdrawal)
If you're in the EU/EEA, you have the right to cancel within 14 days of receiving your order, even without a reason.
However, because our products are custom-made to your specifications (your uploaded photo, your chosen size and frame), the standard 14-day withdrawal right does not apply once production has begun.
You can cancel before production starts for a full refund.

- Refund method: Same payment method used for purchase
- Processing time: 5-10 business days after approval
- Shipping costs: Original shipping is refunded for defective/damaged items
Cancellation Before Shipping
Order hasn't shipped yet? Contact us immediately at support@upscaleprint.com. If production hasn't started, we'll cancel and refund in full.
